How to get bonding concrete off bathtub?

I am doing a new bathroom have a new white tub The guy that put the tiles around the tub dropped the concrete to hold the tiles on the wall on the new tub. does anyone know how to get it off without scraping the tub

    If it cam from the tiles, it was probably grout. Here's a link that will help you get it out.

    If he did use concrete, it's his job to clean it up. No professional would leave a mess like that (or at least the shouldn't). Call him and tell him to come back and fix it.

    He should have covered the tub before putting up the tiles. Very unprofessional. You should have him come back and fix it or give you a discount to have it done by someone else. I would not have paid him for a lob poorly done.

    Call him back in and ask him to clean up or replace the bath. Check out your Insurance!

    If you are going to retile , then yes A tiler will use a special glue to glue the new tiles on top. We had it done on our floor, but the top tiles cant be more then 12" square. That's what I was told. Good luck George
