Easy
Creating a cheap, chic and romantic Valentine's Day Table Setting with thrift store finds and DIY projects.
Use a mix of revamped thrift store finds and DIY projects to make a beautiful and romantic DIY table setting.
Hit your local second hand store to find pretty plates. These random plates work well together since they share the same shape.
Originally plain, I used a gold Sharpie Oil-Based Paint Pen to add add swirls to this salad plate.
Score inexpensive silverware pieces at the thrift shop and give them a shot of spray paint to make them pretty. I taped off the handles and applied soft pink spray paint to make this silverware sweet.
If breakfast in bed is on the menu, create a DIY tray to deliver it in style! I used a 12 x 12 wooden scrapbook frame, DecoArt Chalky Finish Paint in Vintage, handles, E-6000 glue and a piece of scrapbook paper to make this.
A few coats of chalk paint transforms a Mason Jar into a romantic vase for flowers.
A handwritten "Love" and heart stickers takes these plain champagne flutes from drab to fab.
Simple white napkins become festive with paint and burlap trim. Wooden napkin rings painted pink and decorated with rose ribbon complete the look.
Burlap, blingy heart stickers and rose ribbon add a touch of romance to simple candles.
