Do you drink Starbucks Frappuccino or know someone who does? Then you are almost finished! Just a few short steps and you will have a last minute Valentine and it only takes a few minutes!
This is how they will look with candy in them - hearts do not show up too well but you can buy big bags of candy, which is cheaper, and pour the candy in the bottles.
The bottle in the middle is an actual antique milk bottle and the two on either side are cleaned Starbucks Frappuccino bottles.
These were purchased for $1 each at the Dollar Tree.
Using the outline, tape the pattern to the outside of the clean and dry bottle.
Put the etching material on for 1 minute.
The etching is so hard to photograph in cloudy weather. But trust me, they are there and easily seen! You could even paint the bottle caps and put them on if you wanted to.
After over 100 pictures in different places, this was the most define picture I could get!

Great idea, but if one has paint at home and you're pretty good with a paint brush for detail you can just free hand paint hearts or other designs on the bottle. Great idea, for any time of year!

Kelli, It just takes a little practice. That is how I learned. I am sure you can do it. Expanding on this basic idea can make some beautiful decorative pieces.
