Sheet Music Stepstool

My sister found this step stool, where someone had thrown it out. It was pretty rough, and unloved. That's usually my cue to fall in love with something. I took it and made it into something I love using all over my home. I loved the chippy paint on the sides, but didn't adore the steps themselves. So I found some sheet music and aged it...and decoupaged it onto the steps.
I love this little stepstool...what once was really unloved...now gets used all over my home.
It started out as an unloved stool that my sister found by the dumpster.
With a little sandpaper, and modge podge..I'm gonna show you what I did with it.
By aging some sheet music and decoupaging it to the stool...I gave it a whole new look.
I modge podged over the chippy paint to preserve it at just the right "chippiness"
I went over the whole project with more modge podge.
I made sure to leave some words that I liked here and there from the sheet music.
Now it's a darling way to set up accessories all over my house.
