There are many places other than Lowes for cabinet hardware. Do you have a Bed, Bath & Beyond? Ace Hardware? You may have to go online, too. Try Houzz.com, MyKnobs.com, etc. Measure your needs and the description should contain the measurements so you don't order something that won't fit. Good luck with your quest!
eBay has all different kinds.
What about using knobs instead of handles? You wouldn't have to drill new holes.
you may be able to find plates that can cover over the old screw holes and let you drill for a new set.
What other stores do you have in your area besides Lowes? Have you looked on Amazon? I would look up every hardware type store in your area - True Value, Ace, Osh, independent stores, etc. Look in the good old yellow pages. Here are a few links to shop on line. When shopping on line, buy 1 to try before ordering for the entire kitchen.

Good luck!
Drilling new holes might be your only option. Look for "back plates", that would cover the old holes so you would not have to fill, sand, paint, etc.
yup...I would go online too.put the measurement in google search.....too much running around To find exactly same size. Usually they are 3 inches aren't they? Hobby lobby has unusual and gorgeous ones. And using 2 knobs might or might not work. Worth a try. We had the style you have..but replaced the whole durn kitchen! 😳 However if you are handy you might make some ...out of wood...? Silverware? Rope? Fun stuff?
Great ideas!
We have a Hobby Lobby and I hear great stuff about that store! Must check it out! Thanks!
Appreciate it!
There are many handles that have two sets of holes. One set for older items and one set for the new style which seems to be wider. Lowes and Home Depot carry some styles in their stores but there are many more on line. You have to look at all the handles in the stores. I wasn't aware of the ones with two sets because I was drawn to the ones with one set and they never worked for me. Or measure the distance between holes and look on line for ones that fit. There are a ton in all price ranges.
Years ago at a garage sale I picked up 50 kitchen hands and back plates. When I was refurbishing my grandmothers old bedroom set I used some of the handles and back plates also used some on the folding doors in my bedroom. All required me to drill another hole. They look great.
Forgot to mention I only paid $3.00 for all of them. What a deal.LOL
You could use 2 knob pulls on each to hide the holes
I would find out who made the cabinets...what brand...google them and contact them. No matter how old they are, you can almost always find the manufacturer. That's what I did with my old cabinets...and the company sent me all new cabinet pulls. NO CHARGE !!!
thanks!
