Torched Table Top

The pictures here show that I biscuit join and glue all my pallet wood table tops. This particular one, after sanding, was torched to bring the softer grain out. Now I have to decide to:
A. Keep it natural, B. Stain and how dark, C. Paint stain like the samples on the table show.
Any thoughts out there in Hometalk land??

Natural? Stain? or Color stained in one of the example boards shown? I need to decide soon! :)
Ok, I decided to go with a natural satin finish over the torched wood. At this point the table top has one coat of sand sealer and 3 light coats of high performance water based satin. The top coat makes the torched grain really pop!
