The deck has trellis at either end for air to circulate. You can see deck is finished to the pool surround.
Cleaning Mould From Trex Deck

We have an eleven year old Trex deck that has been plagued with mould from year one. It is about 2 ft off the ground and most of the 1100 square feet is finished to the concrete pool decking. Air can circulate at either end. We have full sun in the yard most of the day. We live in Souther Ontario. We have tried everything from commercial deck cleaners, Dawn, Tide often scrubbing on hands and knees on what is supposed to be a low maintenance decking product. Before we take it up and replace with stone does anyone have any ideas? Contacting Trex directly was of no help whatsoever. Thanks, in advance, Eileen

Family Dollar has a Mold and Mildew Remover spray that I'm using for fantastic results!
Another thing to consider it the insane heat in Texas in the summer, your deck might be suffering sun damage at a greater than normal rate.... making it more porous to the elements and so when it rains there is a medium for mold and mildew. After you get it cleaned off and mold free, I would consult someone about a topcoat to prevent sun damage.
