Take a photo of the dying plant and take that back to the store! I did this once and they replaced the plant straight away. Also you could "offer" to bring the plant back. They will NOT want you to do that, again they should replace it.
Perhaps ring them first.

Repot with new potting soil after rinsing root system with water.
They like alot of water. and like said from Gramirez, repot,,, take all old dirt off roots and get into new dirt right away, even maybe rinse them off before replanting,,
