What is a good weather proffer for leather ice skates?

The skates were expensive, now I want to put them on a sled for exterior show.

Maybe rub beeswax over them....
mink oil i've worn the same pair of leather boots for 8 yrs now mink oil keeps the leater soft and dry.
Mink oil or neets foot oil. rub either into the oil very well and it will help protect them from the weather.
Leather polish, just like shoe polish. Do not use shellacs or spray gloss finish as it will crack in the extreme cold.
