Spring Has Sprung Inside a Vintage Mix Master

Whenever snowdrops are in full bloom, I can't fathom just leaving them outside. So last spring, I brought a clump indoors... and planted them inside a vintage mix master. Super quirky, but it sure beats baking! :)
What's the most unique planter you've used indoors?
Any vintage lover ought to take a 2nd look at those old mix masters at the thrift stores after this post!
Yes my pretty, I have much bigger plans for you. Found at a friend's garage sale. What were they thinking?!
So I dug up a small clump of snowdrops in full bloom...
... and plunked them inside the bowl. You may wish to add rocks for drainage on the bottom.

What a great idea! I have Mother's, that is at least 60 + yrs old. I have some small fake flowers in pots, that I was going to put w/donation items. I'm gonna put them in the big bowl & display on top of the ice box. Yes, I still call it that!
