Diluted vinegar or ammonia is a good way to kill mold and mildew.

scrub well to remove any rust. mildew . Paint with rustproof paint

Can you wash in Washing Machine? if not Remove and use Soapy water & Broom to Clean. Rinse well and replace...........

Use a brush and a mixture of vinegar and water in equal amounts with a couple of drops of Simple Green added to scrub fabric. Rinse well and place in Sun to dry thoroughly.

*Use mixture in a small inconspicuous test spot first to make sure it doesn't make your fabric bleed.
