You could do grey, black, beige, or any middle tone. There are so many great colors of counter tops to mix with cinnamon cabinets. It might be easier to see what you want for backsplash, colors etc if you see examples at your local hardware store and ask them for a catalog of what they can order. You can also get an idea of estimated costs this way also to help guide you on your choices
