youll need to put braces on the front if they're saggin from the front. If they're sagging off the back from the wall. You need to screw them into the wall. It's hard to say unless you have a pic.
Do you have a saw with a plate that tilts? Got some scrap lumber lying around? Good! -- take the cabinets down and make a set of French cleats. Loads of videos on YouTube on how to do it. Replace warping shelves with plywood cut to fit. Always remember, "Measure twice, cut once."
