After I rototil my back yard how do I make it even?

My back yard is very bumpy and uneven. I would like to kill the weeds and put some grass seeds down. I want to rototil it and make it even and then see what kind of landscaping I would like to do to it.. How do I even it out after I run the rototillor?

To level our ground, we pulled something behind the tractor/riding mower/4-wheeler, like a heavy piece of pipe of some left over chainlink fence. I'd go round and round, dragging the chains or pipe behind me, until I thought it looked good. Hope this helps!
Rake - long 2x4 and level
Raking, pulling a screen or fence piece behind tractor or mower. Rolling it also may help.
