The only way to get rid of them without killing the other plant is to dig them up or suffocate them with newspapers and card board
Find its root then cut the stem down leaving an inch sticking out of the ground. Drill a hole on the stem, fill it with salt including the top rim and cover the stem with plastic secured with rubber band or duck tape for a few days. Root will rot and die.
cut a vine to get an opening. Put roundup in a plastic bottle. Put the cut end into the bottle and secure. Let the vine suck on that for a few days.
