Oh yikes! I was going to suggest goo gone but you already tried that. Have you tried carefully scraping with a razor blade ( be careful of your fingers & not to scratch the floor). Here's a link with additional tips. Good luck!

You might try finger nail polish remover. BUT FIRST try it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn't take the finish off the floor. Good luck 🍀
Freeze it! Get it really cold with ice, or from a compressed air canister, then gently work at lifting it with a dull blade, like a butter knife. If this doesn't work, move on to testing solvents.
I was going to say Goo Gone, razor blade or ice. Acetone (nail polish remover could take the shine off of the vinyl or wreck it). Like Stephanie said, try it in a inconspicuous area first. What about WD 40? Again I would try it in an inconspicuous area first in case it stains. I was able to remove vinyl tile glue mixed with police fingerprinting dust (I was robbed), with orange oil I think it was the concentrated Orange Glo that came out at the same time as OxiClean, because it was a shopping channel promotion. I think it is still around. I let it sit on the white vinyl tile and then scrapped it off. It was the only thing that worked for me. BUT you have to wash it off really well because it is slippery.
Nail polish remover is just about the only product that will remove the crazy (super) glue.
Apply gentle pressure with a small plastic scraper to remove as much glue from your floor as possible. Be careful not to scratch the finish. Too much pressure will mar the surface.
Dampen a cotton cloth with a small amount of acetone-based nail polish remover. Your cloth doesn't need to be saturated to do the job. Gently dab at the spot of glue with your cloth until the glue softens.
Gently scrape away the top layer of softened glue. Blot the glue with a clean, dry cloth. This will begin to lift it from your floor.
Continue dabbing with nail polish remover and scraping. Several repetitions may be required until the glue is all removed.
Wipe the surface with clean water and a cloth to remove any remaining nail polish remover. Buff it dry with a clean, dry cloth.
