This fix is high on the "lThis fix is high on the "lThis fix is high on the "eeeuuww" factor but you'll need to put your hand in the bowl. Use a non-scratch cleaning pad with some chlorine cleanser to scrub the lines away. They are most likely just lines from the snake, not real scratches.
You could drain the bowl, dry it, and use an epoxy appliance repair kit.
