How to build two round steps against an indoor wall?

I don't need a staircase, or squared steps. I'm looking to see how to build my own indoor round steps. Flat on the back to place against a living room
wall. Its jjust ffor decor.

I think @Margot wants two semicircular platforms, one smaller and on top of the other, to be used against the living room wall to hold statues or large potted plants, and possibly painted or covered with decorative tiles. Now, where might that be? More answers needed! 😇
You could try wood slices, they come in varying sizes but you would probably have to use a saw to make a flat side. I have seen them on Amazon and there are probably other places to get them, especially online.
