How you do floor living room that's unusual

Well the most unusual ones I have seen are:

1. Friend who made each wall a living terrarium environment complete with plants and critters, 1 desert , 1 rain forest, etc. and he had swivel chairs in the middle so you could view the one most interesting to you. The room was dark and only the terrariums were lit.
2. Friend whose house was on the bay and he had an 5' wide opening in the middle of the house down 25' to the bay with all the rooma on both sides enclosed in glass doors and a huge fish tank running down one side with huge salt water fish swimming in it, and he could jump in a swim out to the bay.
3. Friend who owned a sea lion, cut a hole in his living room floor jutting over the bay so his pet seal could jump in and out, and return to jump on top of a grand piano next to the hole where he would throw it a ball to balance.
4. Friend who build his house around a large living tree in the centre up through 3 stories.
