Purchase the chain link fencing to match what you've already got installed, along with the thingies used to connect to your installed posts. You'll need to stretch the fencing with a come-along (or similar tool) to tighten it as you go along to each post where you will secure that section with the thingies.

Are you talking about taking down the existing chain link fence? They usually roll up the link facing in sections after using wire cutters to remove the hold downs. Then the poles, they just saw off at the ground level with a saw zaw.
Why take it out? Just plant bushes on your side and double your fencing's protection of your yard.
I have sort of the same problem, but waiting for drunk driver that broke it down to replace my chainlink fence he plowed into last November. Has affected my front gate in opening and closing. I cannot plant bushes, trees cause it is a corner property and would block view for drivers going straight or turning. Hope you can figure out what to do with your fence.
My first response is to buy new chain łink- a little more than you think you might need (obviously the correct height), because the old is saggy and rusty and bent, etc...,guessing cuz no pics...
