Painting my Kitchen Cabinets

I want to paint my kitchen cabins but I do not like white for them i have my walls wall papered with paper that has Tea Pots trimmed in Blue I thought of light blue or light Gray. I do not want too light or too dark what should i do.

    It is your home paint the cabinets as you see fit,I do not see a problem

    You said the teapots are trimmed in blue, but otherwise what color are the teapots? If light grey, light grey cabinets or blue to match the trim would look great. If the teapots are a cream color, cream colored cabinets would look great, too!

    Both makers are right paint them what you want and what seems to look best with your wallpaper. Get some samples of colors and paint on a board so you have a bigger area to judge with

    Choose the blue that is in your wallpaper you like the most and use that.!

    get several paint chips in different colors and hold them up to the wallpaper and chose the one you like best.

    If you like dark, a lapis blue is beautiful.
