Same thing happened to me and it makes the best syrup for waffles/pancakes & cake fillings!

Great with yogurt, or use in a smoothie with frozen old bananas and milk, use with different kinds of vinegar to make salad dressings. Add to sauces when reducing. Pput over ice cream. sweetening cereal.

This happened to a friend and she drizzeled it over both savory and sweet

foods. Use in BBQ sauce and marinades. Enjoy!

Sounds like you didn't use enough pectin. As long as it's sealed it'll be fine. Don't use if the lid pops up and down when pushed on.

I sure wouldn't throw it out....use it over ice cream etc.!
