you might try clear gorilla glue, it comes in clear now and they claim it will glue anything, even for out of doors, we use it a lot

I would try Gorilla glue. I use it all the time
Silicone glue or liquid nails.
Where decorative brick is sold they also have glue to keep them from falling out of a wall.
