Inside or outside?
If they are honey Bees and the queen has swarmed a new hiCall the nearest Bee Keeper and he will collect them from you.
Inside...... supposed to close all the windows except one open with the screen off so that the little bee will find the draft and fly out unconfused. Outside? I would try a fan outdoors facing their nest until they leave and find somewhere else. The indoor way works like magic i would think so of the outdoor fan
If they're bees, not wasps or hornets, a beekeeper should be happy to come and relocate the hive for you. Bees are a real asset to gardens and farms because of the pollination work they do, and have taken a serious hit in recent years due to colony collapse disorder, so please don't harm them!
They're extinct so beware. They're good for your garden, too!
