I would try a fan outdoors facing their nest until they leave and find somewhere else. The indoor way works like magic i would think so of the outdoor fan
If they're bees, not wasps or hornets, a beekeeper should be happy to come and relocate the hive for you. Bees are a real asset to gardens and farms because of the pollination work they do, and have taken a serious hit in recent years due to colony collapse disorder, so please don't harm them!
