I use Epson Salt in my garden. I dissolve a tablespoon of it in a gallon of water and sprinkle it on my plants down where the plant meets the soil. It puts enzymes back in the soil. You can use this mixture on any plants and even in your lawn. My husband puts Epson Salt in his bath water. It helps relieve muscle pain. I read on the package that you can also use it for constipation. Hope these ideas help you.
Mix with essential oils of your favorite smell and use as a scent booster in laundry. A half a cup for normal load.
