Valentine's Day Chalkboard Pennant Banner
Supplies needed for the project all found at Michaels. (Chalk markers optional)
Beautiful & springy scrapbook paper to add color to the banner.
Using a wooden template, I cut my pennants out of the scrapbook paper.
I used these pre-made chalkboard pennants from Michaels for my chalkboard surface. I added a coral ribbon to add even more color.
I used a stencil for my letters, but you could easily free hand if you'd like.
I glued the chalkboard pennants to the scrapbook pennants & the punch holes in the corners with a hole punch. Then I used ribbon to string my banner together & hang.
