Our church just replaced all their old fluorescent lighting with L.E.D and WOW did it make a difference. Much brighter with a lot less "watts" so you even save money!
just replace it with a new updated light
You can take down the fluorescent lighting and replace it with something more updated that gives warmer light, this will make a huge difference, here are a couple of links to help you out:
