check with your local paint store for a finish that will stand up to moisture and cleaning...we've always used a satin finish for those areas
For bathroom and kitchen i use Austin finish because I caǹ cleans them better than flat
A gloss or semi gloss works well in the bathroom
These walls are subjec to more washing and moisture. The lowest you would want to use is a satin finish but preferably you would use gloss finish. This is more durable and will hold up to the extreme kitchen bathroom experience.
Buy paint specifically for areas that need to be wiped frequently. Your paint professional at the home improvement store can guide you.
