take the door off its hinges and adhere the mirror using panel adhesive...you will need to add weight to the mirror (I used large hardcover books) to get a good deal during drying time
If you're looking for temporary they make specific clips to hang mirrors that would work on a door, or a more permanent solution would be to glue it.
