How to Choose a Color Scheme

Sometimes choosing a color scheme can seem a little frightening. Here is an easier way to look at it..and you can get those awesome colors you love, that look fabulous together!
If you have trouble putting colors that look good together...hopefully this will help. More photos and color theory on the post itself.
Complementary colors are colors that are opposite on the color wheel. They make each other pop and stand out.
Split Complementary colors are One hue, plus two others equally spaced from it’s complement.
Double Complementary colors are Two complementary color sets; the distance between selected complimentary pairs will affect the overall contrast of the final composition.
Analogous colors are Those colors located adjacent on the color wheel.
Triad colors are Three hues equally spaced on a color wheel.
