What kind of paint can you use on a wall behind a wood stove.
I would like to paint faux block or brick. The wall is rough as it is the fire safety board.
@DebiNoel. Faux paint = fake paint. Do you possibly mean faux brick or stone? A couple of planks or blocks of laminate flooring would be a good "rug" under a heater. Best wishes 😇
Not sure what you want to paint
What is Faux Paint? What ever it is it would need to be HEAT resistant!
I sure wouldn't put laminate under a wood store.... fire waiting to happen. Better off putting some kind of stone, pavers, fire bricks, fired tiles, sheet metal with some kind of heat resistant material underneath.
I would double check first that its flame resistent, best of luck!
