What are the best/most durable/easy maintenance plants?

    I like succulents. They require very little care and they make any space look lovely!

    Swedish Ivy. Its easy to take care of and is pretty and abundant.

    Succulents like jade , sensiviria etc.

    For outdoors: Stonecrop (Sedum), Hosta (in shaded areas), Day Lily.

    For indoors: Pothos, corn plant, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter cactus.

    A single succulent in the right pot can look dramatic. Want more green? Plant mint in a pot. DO NOT put it in the ground since it will be a thug and take over. For a counter top, put three toothpicks in a ring around the middle of a sweet potato. Set the lower half in water and watch it create a lovely green plant.
