How to pick kitchen island?

My kitchen island has a double kitchen sink, dishwasher and the garbage can draw. I want to keep it a a minimum cost, and to match the colors i already have in the walls, tile and the other cabinets. Also to be able to fit 4 chairs around.

So you want to remodel your current island? Paint it to match the walls or cabinets. And take off current top, and have a new one cut to extend out far enough to accommodate your chairs, have the sink hole cut in and if its tiled, then tile it before the sink goes in. You may have to put a couple braces under the top extension.
can you post a pic of the kitchen and the island as it is? would be easier :)
