Refill them with concrete when they are small. wet surface first. I just buy premade concrete in a plastic bottle at the home store.... here is a great technique from an old school mason.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iH_66_Qv1ew

Go to your local home center. They will have a product that comes in a caulk-type tube that is made especially for filling cracks in concrete. It is easy to use and will solve your problem.

If the cracks are big and caused by large tree roots growing under and lifting up your driveway, the best solution is to break out the section and remove the roots. Tree roots can also lift your house and crack its foundation. Also I'd have the tree removed. roots and all before it does anymore costly damage.

If the cracks are very small ... Home Depot has good concrete patching materials and paints. Good luck.
