A bit confused, plug in remote? Most remotes have batteries and completely wireless. What is the name brand or system you have so that we can help you better. If you need a power source, wasn't that part of the planning and design phase of the project?
im a new at this - I have an outlet for my pond I just need to know how to plug it in when the remote says it has to Be vertical-do I have to use an extension cord? The outlet for the pump is upright and the directions say it has to be plugged in horizonally. I don't want to cause any electrical problems. Sorry it might seem silly to someone who knows but dont!
