Wal-Mart and Joanne's Fabrics has them in the stores, and online.

Any crafting store carries them.

Amazon.com and EBay has them as well.

You are only limited by your imagination, as to what type of flowers that you want!!

Other places to try would be Home Goods / T J Maxx, Ross, Marshalls, Steinmart.

Best bet is to make your own. Be aware that such a thing won't hold up too long if its outside. Go to Michaels, etc. Put styrofoam in the bottom of the basket to help you arrange.
