How do I repair cracks in a blacktop walk?

I have a trail that was paved 2 yrs ago and it is beginning to crack. The Driveway seal i tried only cracks again in a few months.

Sounds as if you den't have a Concrete foundation to this walkway! Unless you are prepared to start again with a concrete base, I feel you will always have this problem..
