Next time sweep up the mess with a handheld mini broom and dustpan. Then spray a cleaner on the residual egg and wipe up. You will need to rinse out the broom and dustpan.
use a dust pan and brush. It sweeps up easily.
I always sprinkle salt over it and then scrape it up. It's more solid that way.
Sprinkle the egg with salt and then wipe it up with a paper towel.
Try using a turkey baster to suck up the egg off of your floor.
