I sprinkle baking soda on my grout lines, then spray with vinegar. Let the reaction happen and scrub with a dry cloth. This worked best for me. Good luck!

A have come to learn that comet and a drill with a polishing brush on it works the best for me. It really gets the comet into the grout and cleans it well. Make you a paste with comet and water, spread it into the areas you want to clean and use the drill with a polishing brush on it.

My husband ordered me the Turbo Super Scrubber you see advertised on t.v. and it is the best $40 we ever invested! It cleans everything including stubborn shower doors, car tires, everything, and comes with all the supplies you need. It has a charger, five or six brushes, and bag to keep brushes together. WE love it. It takes "hard" out of hard cleaning. You can now buy them at Walmart and probably other department stores too.

I cleaned grout on an old floor and it was a mistake. There were stains in the grout that wouldn't come out and in the end the grout was randomly mottled and the original condition looked better that the cleaned grout. Just saying, what we hope to accomplish may not be what we get.
