Any suggestions for removing olive oil stain from a granite counter?

You could try Borax or any sort of Flour to try and suck up the oil.

Do you have any small pieces of the granite around to experiment on? You could try rubbing alcohol.

Also, try a piece of plain white paper placed under a clean glass that might absorb the oil.

Sometimes these types of things will get better on their own.

if all else fails talk to a stone shop. You may end up using mineral oil on it.

Try nail polish remover. Seems to clean mine quite well.
