How to repair scratches in fiberglass tub

The previous owner used something abrasive to clean areas in the fiberglass tub. The scratches collect debris or mold that can only be cleaned with chemicals. Any ideas how to repair this or do I need to have it replaced?

Clean tub well, then polish with car wax. Also, ceramic top glass cookstove cleaner. Also, have you ever tried using baking soda and distilled white vinegar to clean your tub? I had some stubborn stains that I tried to remove with many strong chemical cleaners. As a last resort, I decided to try baking soda and white vinegar. For me, it actually worked better than any of the costly cleaners that I'd used. I plugged the drain, sprinkled baking soda on the bottom surface of the tub, then poured white vinegar directly out of the gallon jug all over the baking soda until there was enough vinegar to cover the entire bottom of tub. I let it set for 15 minutes, then using a cleaning rag, I soaked up some of the vinegar/baking soda mixture and rubbed it around the sides of the tub. I ran hot water in the tub to dilute the mixture, scrubbed down all areas of the tub, then rinsed.
