Why don't you check with your home improvement store as far as a paint that you can use on appliances and maybe you can just touch it up
You should be able to find a touch up paint from a appliance store, or hardware store.

Homedepot or Lowe's will have paint to cover the refrigerator. Tell them it's for scratches. After you do that and it's completely dry, I would put car wax on it to protect the finish. Good Luck!
Is this one of those new black stainless steel frigs? They are getting tons of complaints on them. I would contact the manufacturer if its fairly new.
You could possibly use black touch up paint in gloss ....with a tiny artists brush to cover these up...look for it in a hobby store in small bottles...trim the kids nails too!
