Dark walkway- how I can turn it back to the original light cement?

I have a cement walkway that has turned very dark, any ideas how I can turn it back to the original light cement?

Pressure wash it .
home depot now carries a cement paint that is 25.00 per gallon. clean it with outdoor clorox, then paint it, very easy to do using a roller.
Powerwash it! Another option would be to work in sections using vinegar, gallons of it. Pour the vinegar on the walkway then use a long handled stiff bristle broom to scrub - then hose off. Take care if using around grass or plants, vinegar will kill anything it comes in contact with.

Have you tried a power washer - as also suggested by C.D. Scallan, LA.
