Good luck
You need to permanently attach a drill bit to a round scrubber brush. This would cost you a drill bit to be used only for that one brush. Drill a hole in the brush and attach the drill bit in the hole. You will want it to be tight so make the hold slightly smaller than the bit and add a permanent glue like those used in plumbing or gorilla super glue. You won't get a real good bite on the brush scrubbing as eventually it will loosen the bit, but if you are not real rough it should work for you.
I see someone else has a better idea using a bolt with a nut that would be much better and stronger. Please ignore my answer.
