Good Morning Anyoff :) My first thought is painted stencils (instead of the usual indoor/outddor rugs suggested in most deck remodeling). Of course, some potted palnts, maybe a sail type awning, some failry lights around the edging/rails and steps, and brightly painted furniture or furniture cushions.
