It can be done but would need to meet building plumbing codes. Consult a plumber as Dfm suggests. Not really a DIY project.
I would get a professional plumber to do this job, too many pipes to run. Big job, unless your a plumber, which I think not, have him do the job. Good Luck!
Call in a Plumber for advice and a price to do the job! This will tell you whether it would be worth doing yourself and more to the point, what could be done.
