Pour baking soda in drain then vinegar and let sit. Might have to repeat a few times.

Hello Lisa! It is important to know whether the sink drains are connected to one plumbing fixture or not. Please read through the specific information and step-by-step process at the link I am providing in order to unclog those drains. if you don't already have a plunger and/or an auger wire, you will have to borrow or buy them to use for this process.

Lisa, if your drains are clogged due to grease, please read (and see why through these pictures) vinegar and baking soda should not be used:

Good Morning Lisa, The very first thing I do when my sink or bathtub drains pug up is to try to pour a large pot of boiling water down the drain. Most of the time the clog is a build up of hair conditioner and soap scum in the bathroom or grease in the kitchen. (The bathroom sink is another matter entirely; with that I know it is usually a hair clog). If boiling water DOES help just a tad, add more, chances are you'll get a breakthrough. If not then get a millipede snake or something similar from the hardware store and clean the hair out of the drain (I am positive there WILL be some). You may have to do it a few times to get the maimum removal of hair. IF your drains STILL isn't open that means you have a problem further down. If we are talking the kitchen or bathroom sink it may be in the t-joint or u-joint (trap) and I have a video below how to check that. If you get that cleaned out and 'STILL no luck, call a plumber because you will need to have him/her check further in the pipes. :(

Thanks for using HOMETALK or answers and good luck, Lisa. :) By the Way, the reason you did NOT hear me recomeend a plunger is because IF the pipes are old and/or have a weak spot in them a plunger will apply just enough pressure to blow a hole in the pipe and you could end up with a serious problem .. which is also why I don't recommend caustic drain cleaners, as they will eat away at the pipes as well as whatever is in the pipes, and will eventually eat a hole right through the pipe (personal experience talking).
