I think the question meant how to clean the entire floor. Not just a spot or a spill. I could be wrong about that, tho.

You use a mild solution of white vinegar on water with a splash of Dawn. Ring the mop out well. If this isn't to your liking, try Murphy's oil soap and follow the direction!

My sister and I have always used a bucket with hot water, about a half cup vinegar and four or five drops of Dawn dish cleaner. No streaks, build up, or lifting of the laminate. Ring the mop out tightly, tho. I keep the solution in a spray bottle for spot cleaning. Works great.

Just warm water with a small amount of Dawn dish washing soap (not for dishwashers but hand sink washing) Wet the mop and wring it dry. I was told not to use harsh cleaners, it will ruin the surface and never, never, never wax the flooring. I'm always satisfied with just the warm water and Dawn.....the floor dries quickly and always looks good.
