I covered a table top with pennies years ago and still love it! Just make sure the counter is clean and dry. Use something like E6000 glue. It doesn't take but a small dab for each one, and it REALLY sticks!

Would E6000 glue stick to high gloss tile? Did you use grout and sealer?

      Thank you for your help

Hi Rose, how do you clean the pennies? With a copper cleaner or just dusting or another product. I love this idea. How big is your table top?

I would think the glue would stick to most anything because I had a class of pupils in an art class that used it to stick glass beads on bowling balls. Mine has been out in the weather for years and still holding!

I did not grout the bowling ball or the table with pennies on it. It's a small side table and is used in my office. If you are putting the pennies on a kitchen counter or something that is used all the time you may have to grout. Let me see if I can find a video.

Here is a good video, and you will find many more. Let us know how it turns out. Best of Luck! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdKM4FvGGPY
