Whenever you feel like it! I do not start until October as it is still blazing hot where I live and have had many 80°+ Halloween days and nights. Then that decor is up till Thanksgiving weekend when I start switching out for Christmas / Hanukkah decor. No set rule, if you feel the urge, go for it!

I do mine after the first day of fall, Sept 22.
I think anytime during September is a great time to start putting out fall decorations.....To me, that is generally the time when autumn starts.
